Last updated: August 1, 2026
1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files that websites may store on a user’s device while the user is browsing. Similar technologies may include technical identifiers, local storage, session storage, or equivalent tools.
I cookie possono servire, ad esempio, a mantenere attiva una sessione, ricordare preferenze, migliorare la sicurezza, consentire pagamenti o, se presenti, misurare statistiche e attività di marketing.
2. Current Status of Top Dance Alliance
As of the date of the last update, the Data Controller declares that the Top Dance Alliance platform does not use advertising or marketing profiling tools such as:
- Google Analytics;
- Meta Pixel / Facebook Pixel;
- TikTok Pixel;
- Google Ads or remarketing tools;
- External newsletters with marketing tracking.
3. Necessary Technical and Functional Cookies
The platform may use technical cookies or equivalent tools necessary to:

4. Stripe and Payments
TDA uses Stripe to manage payments, subscriptions, checkout, and the customer portal. When using payment services, Stripe may set its own cookies or technologies necessary for security, fraud prevention, and transaction completion.
Top Dance Alliance does not store the full card number. Payment information is processed by Stripe in accordance with its privacy policy and terms of service.
5. External Logins: Google and the Future of WeChat
La piattaforma può consentire l’accesso tramite provider esterni, come Google o, in futuro, WeChat. Tali servizi possono utilizzare cookie o tecnologie proprie per autenticazione, sicurezza e gestione dell’accesso.
When a user uses an external service, the provider of that service may process data in accordance with its own privacy policy and cookie policy.
6. Videos, Embedded Content, and External Content
Some sections of the platform, such as TDA-TV, posts, videos, or multimedia content, may include links or embedded content from external services, such as YouTube, Bunny Stream, or other technical providers.
Accessing or viewing external content may involve the processing of data by the relevant provider, in accordance with that provider’s privacy policy.
7. Analytics, Profiling, and Marketing
As of August 1, 2026, TDA does not use any marketing, profiling, remarketing, or advertising tracking cookies as declared by the Data Controller.
Should tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Google Ads, or newsletters with tracking be introduced in the future, this Cookie Policy will be updated, and the user’s prior consent will be requested where required by applicable law.
8. Managing Preferences
Users can manage their privacy and cookie preferences on the dedicated page: Manage privacy preferences.
Since the platform currently uses mainly necessary technical cookies, completely disabling these cookies could prevent the proper functioning of the login, dashboard, payments, profiles, community, and marketplace.
9. Managing Cookies in Your Browser
Users can configure their browser to block or delete cookies. The settings vary depending on the browser used.
Blocking technical cookies may interfere with your ability to access your account and the proper functioning of the platform.
10. Updates to the Cookie Policy
This Cookie Policy may be updated in the event of the introduction of new technical tools, analytics, marketing, third-party services, or login providers, or in the event of regulatory changes.
In the event of significant changes, TDA may notify users via the website, dashboard, email, or internal notifications.
