2. Personal Data Processed
Top Dance Alliance processes personal data provided directly by the user, data generated through the use of the platform, and technical data necessary for the operation of the services.

- Technical access and session data.
2.2 Social Media Login Credentials
The platform may allow access through third-party providers, such as Google or, in the future, WeChat. In that case, the provider’s technical ID, email address, name, avatar, and technical data necessary for the session may be processed.
2.3 Membership and Subscription Information

- plan status: trial, active, manual, payment failed, canceled, or expired;
- monthly or annual payment cycle;
- activation, renewal, and expiration dates;

We process technical data necessary for the operation of the website, account security, the prevention of abuse, session management, and the proper delivery of services.

4. Public Profiles: Master, Club, Instructor, and Wellness
Users can create public or semi-public profiles related to the world of dance and wellness. The information entered in these profiles may be visible to other users and visitors to the site.
4.1 Teacher
The following may be published: name, photo, cover photo, city, country, disciplines, bio, contact information, email, WhatsApp, WeChat, social media, posts, videos, galleries, followers, and interactions.
4.2 Clubs
The following information may be published: club name, logo, cover photo, location, contact information, classes, staff, schedules, services, posts, videos, and followers.
4.3 Instructor
The following information may be published: name, photo, city, country, sport, skill level, any affiliated club, contact information, social media profiles, bio, and activities.
4.4 Wellness
The following may be published: the professional's name, photo, category, area of expertise, professional title, services, contact information, an informational column, articles, videos, and recommended products or tools.
5. Community, posts, comments, and interactions
The platform allows users to publish content, posts, images, videos/links, comments, likes, follows, and notifications.
Content posted in the Community may be visible depending on the platform's settings and may be moderated, hidden, or removed in the event of abuse, a violation of the Terms, or the need to protect the platform and its users.
6. TDA Market
6.1 Selected by TDA / Amazon Affiliate
The “TDA Picks” section may feature products selected by our staff, images, approximate prices, and Amazon affiliate links or links to external websites.
By clicking on links to Amazon or other external services, the user leaves Top Dance Alliance. The processing of data will be subject to the privacy policies of the external party.
6.2 TDA Affiliated Stores
Sellers, stores, or affiliated brands can create a TDA storefront with a logo, cover image, description, category, city, contact information, order email, phone number, WhatsApp, WeChat, website, social media, and products.
6.3 Order Requests to Stores
When a user submits an order request to an affiliated store, TDA processes the user’s name, email address, phone number, message, selected products, quantity, estimated total, and order number.
6.4 Free Flea Market
Registered users can post free listings in the Secondhand Marketplace. Listings can include title, category, description, price, size, condition, city, photos, and contact information.
Each user may have a maximum of 3 active or pending listings. Listings remain active for 60 days, after which they can be marked as expired or archived.
7. Payments and Stripe
Payments for subscriptions, TDA plans, the online store, and any premium services are processed through Stripe.
Top Dance Alliance does not store the full payment card number. The platform may store technical data necessary for managing the subscription, such as the Stripe customer ID, subscription ID, price ID, payment status, renewal date, and expiration date.
Stripe processes personal and payment data in accordance with its privacy policy and contractual documentation.
8. Minors
The platform may also be used by minors. The user represents that he or she is at least 14 years old or, if under 14, that he or she is using the platform with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.
For public profiles, contact information, commercial features, the online store, the marketplace, order requests, or public interactions, the minor must act with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.
TDA may restrict, suspend, or remove data, content, or accounts if it believes they were posted without proper authorization or in a manner that does not comply with child protection regulations.
9. Cookies and Similar Technologies
As of the date of the last update, the Data Controller declares that it does not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Google Ads, or external newsletters with marketing tracking.
The platform primarily uses technical cookies or equivalent tools necessary for its operation: PHP sessions, login, security, privacy/cookie preferences, account management, and technical tools related to payments or external logins.
More details are available in the Cookie Policy. Should analytics, profiling, or marketing tools be introduced in the future, this notice and the Cookie Policy will be updated, and consent will be requested where necessary.
10. Recipients of the Data
The data may be disclosed or made available, to the extent necessary, to:
- MC Lab and entities authorized to manage the platform;
- hosting providers and technical service providers;
- Stripe for payments and subscriptions;
- Google or other login providers, if used by the user;
- WeChat, if enabled in the future;
- Amazon or external sites when the user clicks on affiliate links;
- affiliated sellers or stores when an order request is submitted;
- technical email providers;
- tax, legal, or privacy consultants;
- competent authorities when required by law.
11. Retention Periods
