By using the site, registering, or accessing the services, the user acknowledges that he or she has read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

2. Purpose of the Service

Top Dance Alliance is a digital platform dedicated to the world of dance, training, professional profiles, the community, video content, and the marketplace.

The platform may include, among others, the following features:

user registration and personal dashboard;
Maestro, Club, Instructor, and Wellness profiles;
community, posts, comments, likes, and followers;
TDA-TV and video content;
Basic, Advanced, and Platinum plans;
payments and subscriptions via Stripe;
"Selected by TDA" products and Amazon affiliate links;
affiliated stores and brands with an in-store display;
products from stores and order requests via email;
Free secondhand marketplace for users.

Some features may be free, while others are reserved for registered users or linked to paid plans.

3. Registration and User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information that does not infringe on the rights of third parties.

The user is responsible for safeguarding their credentials and for all activities carried out through their account, except in cases of unauthorized use attributable to causes beyond the user’s control.

It is prohibited to create fake accounts, impersonate others, use unauthorized data, or use the platform for purposes that are illegal, deceptive, offensive, discriminatory, harassing, or infringe on the rights of others.

4. Use by Minors

The platform may also be used by minors. The user represents that he or she is at least 14 years old or, if under 14, that he or she is using the platform with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.

When entering public contact information, creating public profiles, using commercial features, shops, marketplaces, order requests, or engaging in public interactions, minors must do so with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.

TDA may restrict, suspend, or remove accounts, profiles, content, or data if it believes they were posted without proper authorization or in a manner that does not comply with child protection guidelines.

5. Public Profiles and Visible Data

Users can create public or semi-public profiles, including Master, Club, Instructor, and Wellness. The user is responsible for the data, text, images, contact information, and content they enter.

By entering information such as email addresses, WhatsApp, WeChat, websites, social media accounts, cities, images, videos, or descriptions, the user acknowledges that this information may be visible to other users and visitors to the site.

Users may only post content that they are legally entitled to use and for which they have any necessary authorizations, including images, logos, videos, names, trademarks, or data relating to third parties.

6. Community, Posts, and Interactions

The platform may allow users to post content, images, videos/links, comments, likes, follows, and public or semi-public interactions.

It is prohibited to post content:

illegal, offensive, defamatory, discriminatory, or harassing;
that infringe on copyrights, trademarks, privacy, or image rights;
containing personal data of third parties without authorization;
misleading, fraudulent, spam, or unauthorized advertising;
inappropriate given the context of the platform.

TDA may moderate, hide, remove, or restrict content and accounts in the event of a violation of these Terms, reports, abuse, or the need to protect the platform and its users.

7. Plans, Subscriptions, and Payments

Some of the platform's features are available only with paid plans, such as Basic, Advanced, Platinum, or Shop plans for stores and brands.

Payments and subscriptions are processed through Stripe. You can renew, cancel, or change your payment method through the Stripe portal, when available.

Service	Description
TDA Plans	They enable features related to the Master, Club, Instructor, and Wellness profiles, as well as public visibility.
TDA Shop	It allows stores and brands to have a storefront on the marketplace, with products and order requests via email.
Manual Activations	TDA can manually activate or grant plans or features through Super Dashboard.

Prices, features, and terms of the plans are subject to change. Any significant changes will be communicated through appropriate channels, as necessary.

8. TDA Market

TDA Market is a shopping section of the platform that may include products recommended by TDA, affiliate stores, and classified ads.

8.1 “Selected by TDA” Products and Affiliate Links

The “TDA Picks” section may contain products selected by our staff, Amazon affiliate links, or links to external websites.

TDA may receive commissions or benefits from affiliate links. Pricing, availability, shipping, returns, and purchases are handled by the external website, not by TDA.

8.2 External Links

When a user clicks on an external link, they leave the TDA platform and access a third-party service. TDA is not responsible for the content, prices, availability, terms and conditions, or data processing practices of external websites.

9. Partner Stores, Products, and Order Requests

Affiliated stores and brands can create a storefront within the TDA platform featuring their logo, cover image, description, contact information, products, and approximate prices.

9.1 Store Products

The seller is responsible for the accuracy of the information posted: title, images, prices, descriptions, availability, terms of sale, shipping, and handling of inquiries.

9.2 Shopping Cart and Ordering via Email

The shopping cart on TDA is an informational tool. It does not involve direct payment on the platform. The user can send an order request to the seller, who will receive the entered information and may contact the customer to confirm availability, shipping, and payment.

TDA is not a party to the sales contract between the customer and the seller, unless otherwise expressly stated. TDA does not handle payments, shipping, returns, warranties, or disputes related to products sold by the stores.

9.3 Seller's Liability

The seller agrees to use the platform in compliance with the law, consumer rights, tax regulations, and rules regarding products, trademarks, images, and personal data.

10. Free Flea Market

The Flea Market allows registered users to post free listings for items related to dance.

Each user may post a maximum of 3 active or pending ads;
Each notice is valid for 60 days;
Once the deadline has passed, the announcement can be marked as expired or archived;
Contact takes place directly between the seller and the interested party;
Payment is not processed through TDA.

The Secondhand Market should not be used by stores, brands, or commercial operators to circumvent the Shop TDA plans. TDA may remove listings that appear commercial, repetitive, or inconsistent with the free nature of this section.

11. TDA-TV and Video Content

TDA-TV can host free videos, informational content, tutorials, or premium content available for rent. Users who upload videos declare that they hold the necessary rights or authorizations.

TDA may remove videos that violate the rights of third parties, privacy, copyright, image rights, trademarks, laws, or these Terms.

12. Limitations of Liability

TDA is committed to keeping the platform operational and secure, but does not guarantee continuous availability, error-free operation, compatibility with every device, or the complete absence of interruptions.

TDA is not responsible for content uploaded by users or information posted by public profiles, sellers, stores, brands, or marketplace users, except as required by applicable law.

TDA may perform maintenance, updates, technical modifications, or temporary suspensions of the service.

13. Account Suspension, Removal, and Closure

TDA may suspend, restrict, or close accounts, profiles, stores, listings, posts, comments, or content in the event of:

violation of these Terms;
unlawful or abusive use of the platform;
substantiated reports from users or third parties;
non-payment or failed payment;
risks to the platform's security, privacy, or reputation;
requests from the authorities or legal obligations.

14. Privacy and Cookies

The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. The use of cookies and similar technologies is described in the Cookie Policy.

When registering or using the platform, users are encouraged to read these documents carefully.

15. Changes to the Terms

TDA may update these Terms and Conditions for technical, organizational, commercial, regulatory, or security reasons.

In the event of significant changes, TDA may notify users via the website, dashboard, email, or internal notifications.

Continued use of the platform after the Terms have been updated constitutes acceptance of the updated version, subject to the user’s mandatory rights.
